Organizational Development and Stress Prevention

5 Modules · Aarhus & Copenhagen · September-December 2026

Greater Responsibility Requires New Tools

HR carries greater responsibility than ever before. Today, organizations expect HR not only to support employee well-being, but also to actively shape the direction of business strategy, organizational development, and sustainable performance. That requires new tools. You'll find them here.

This programme has been developed in collaboration between ballisager and Orbiscure. Together, we provide you with practical tools to work strategically with teams, culture, and stress prevention—based on data, insights, and an understanding of human behaviour, rather than intuition.

ballisager contributes evidence-based expertise in people, motivation, leadership, culture, and organizational development. Orbiscure contributes specialized knowledge of hidden stress, compensation strategies, and early prevention based on data and behavioural patterns.
